Once a Form is submitted, we relay that data to our network of Partners via text or email (the “Lead”). Users access the website (www.thefreequotes.com) (the “Site”) to submit a request for services (the “Post”). This submission includes the User’s name, email, phone number (such as 321-577-7984), and other identifiable data (the “Personal Information”), along with project specifics like service type, ZIP code, and timeline (the “Post Content”).

Once submitted, we share the Post Content—excluding Personal Information—with Providers via text or email, unless the User includes contact details within the project description. Our system matches Users to Providers based on geography and service categories. Providers may pay a fee to access and respond to these Posts. 3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & MONITORING

By posting on our Site, you grant us a global, permanent, and royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content to provide our Services. 4. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

4.1 Termination: TheFreeQuotes.com reserves the right to suspend your access or delete your account at our sole discretion for any violation. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end immediately. To permanently close your account, please email us at info@thefreequotes.com. We process deletions within 21 days.

5. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

5.1 Insurance Quotes: Users may request insurance estimates (the “Insurance Quote Service”). This tool allows you to compare estimates from a network of licensed agents and providers. Please note that final prices may differ from initial estimates due to underwriting. You authorize up to eight (8) Providers to contact you.

5.2 Disclaimers: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEFREEQUOTES.COM IS NOT AN INSURANCE CARRIER, A ROOFING CONTRACTOR, OR A MOVING COMPANY. Everything on the site is provided “AS IS” without any warranties. We do not conduct background checks on Users or Providers.

5.4 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE WITH THEFREEQUOTES.COM IS TO STOP USING THE SITE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
